Alain Aubertin appointed CEO of CRIAQ

Mr. Denis Faubert decided to step down as CEO of the Quebec Research Consortium for Aerospace Innovation (CRIAQ) on March 31, 2019.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alain Aubertin as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of CRIAQ effective April 1, 2019.

Mr. Aubertin joined CRIAQ in 2012 as Vice-President, Business Development and International Development. Mr. Aubertin has more than 30 years of diversified experience in the private, parapublic and university sectors. Committed and innovative, he is passionate about developing collaborative approaches to innovation and business oriented towards creating sustainable benefits for the partners involved and society.

With a PhD in innovation management from Polytechnique Montréal, Mr. Aubertin has a strong interest in emerging technologies, innovation systems, business, international development and research partnerships.

For your information, Mr. Faubert will continue to serve as CEO of the Canadian Consortium for Aerospace Research and Innovation (CARIC) until its closure.
