This call for projects is aimed at industrialists, especially Quebec SMEs, wishing to validate the potential of a new technology, its maturation or demonstration in an industrial environment for aerospace applications, as described in the Maturation-Innovation program.
Eligibility
The collaborative research partnership must include at least:
- Two Quebec companies, with at least 1 SME as the project leader.
- Academic partners are eligible for this program.
- The project must last at least 12 months.
Financing
- Financial assistance can cover up to 50% of eligible project expenses;
- Financial assistance can reach a maximum of $150,000 per company involved, up to a maximum of $500,000 per project;
- Cumulative public funding can reach 75% of the total monetary value of the project.
Project funding comes entirely from the Innovation Program (IP) of Quebec’s Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie (MEIE), and is managed by Investissement Québec (IQ). CRIAQ acts as the sponsoring organization for the project team. CRIAQ’s project portfolio team will help you prepare your budget, using proven tools to pre-qualify and obtain financing.
