The RDV Forum is CRIAQ’s biannual event that brings together leaders in the aerospace industry, researchers, universities, research centers, and government officials. It is a major event for collaborative R&D in aerospace, offering the opportunity to meet future collaborators and create projects funded by CRIAQ.
The RDV Forum is open to the public. Different tickets are reserved for CRIAQ members, non-members, and students.
The CRIAQ RDV Forum will take place on February 25 and 26, 2025, at the Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal, 200 de la Commune Ouest, Montreal, QC H2Y 4B2.
To access the Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal by public transport, you have several options.
Metro: Take the orange line and get off at Square-Victoria–OACI station. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk east towards the port of Montreal to the Grand Quay.
Bus: Lines 35, 61, 75, and 715 are some of the bus lines that could bring you closer to the Grand Quay.

You can register for the RDV Forum by visiting our registration page (link). Registration must be paid by credit card via our website. All payments are processed securely.
It is also possible to register and buy tickets on-site on February 25 and 26.
These prices do not include taxes.
Your ticket purchase includes breakfast, two coffee breaks and lunch for February 25 and 26. On February 26, a networking cocktail will be held in the evening with drinks and appetizers.

There is no deadline to register for the RDV ForumThe deadline to reserve a ticket is February 19, 2025.. You can register at any time. We strongly encourage you to purchase your ticket as soon as possible.
To take advantage of the “early bird” offer, the registration deadline is December 18, 2024.
However, it will be possible to register on-site on the day of the event.

The ANGAGE mobile app is an essential tool that will guide you throughout the RDV Forum 2025. It is therefore necessary to download it to your smartphone and create your profile before the event. The ANGAGE app will allow you to:

You will be able to connect to the on-site Wi-Fi network to navigate the app.
On February 18, 2025, one week before the event, participants will receive an email with information on how to create a profile on the mobile app. It will contain all the information regarding downloading and connecting.

This event brings together 450 leaders from the Canadian and international industry. It allows you to be part of the key players in launching CRIAQ projects and sustainable and resilient air mobility.

After 12 editions of the RDV Forum, the CRIAQ team has retained the best practices to organize an international event while continuing its regular activities outside the RDV Forum. Project ideas received earlier allow us to continue to offer you constant rigor and availability for your daily innovation needs. An information webinar will be held on October 17, 2024, where the CRIAQ team will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Each presenter will give a three-minute presentation in the plenary room on February 25 and 26, 2025. At 12:00 PM each day, the exhibition area will open. You can then meet the presenters and get more information about their projects.
Please note that the project ideas presented will not be the same on February 25 and 26. To discover all of them, you must be present both days of the event.
If a project interests you, you can express your interest via the event’s mobile app, ANGAGE. It will not be possible to vote remotely, and the presentations will not be broadcasted.

Yes, but it is not required for submitting a project idea to the RDV Forum for a concrete project (beyond the idea stage). To move from the project idea to a CRIAQ-funded project request, you will need to submit a letter of intent, and a CRIAQ portfolio manager will assist you in establishing the scenario related to your project’s theme.
No, a university cannot submit a project idea. The project must be presented by an industrial partner.
Yes, you must purchase your ticket to present your project on stage. All project booth representatives must purchase a ticket for the RDV Forum.
We aim for 50 projects to be presented at RDV Forum 2025. CRIAQ averages 30 projects effectively set up per year. There is no dedicated envelope for projects. We will publish project calls during the year based on available envelopes or the regular program schedule.
